- The Food Safety Summit 2010 took place on April 12-14, 2010 in Washington, D.C. It is the largest and most established exposition in North America on food safety, quality assurance and supply chain security. On their home page are the latest food safety stories that remind us to be ever vigilant in our ongoing quest to improve food safety and quality. EMNS, the producer of GSQA, delivers accountability within the ingredient supply chain. The unique SaaS model is quickly and easily deployed. We met with many passionate food safety and quality professionals to learn more about their quality challenges and food safety risk avoidance plans.
- At the 2009 Quality Expo show, EMNS showed attendees a secure web-based supplier quality portal for managing the interchange of supplier certifications and audit management, up-to-date specification distribution, electronic certificates-of- analysis with shipments, ASNs, material characteristics time- trending, non-conformance management, production analysis, and scorecarding for procurement.
