- GSQA v2.7 Now Available – Reduces Material Risk
- January 2010: EMNS, Inc. proudly announces the opening of its new headquarters and purpose-built data center for hosting the unique supply chain quality management SaaS product/service "GSQA" used by Fortune 1000 companies and in 40 countries. The facility is located in a near western suburb away from downtown metro Chicago for increased security. All DataCenter systems - power, security, network and operations, etc. - were audited and validated by a customer team against Nuclear Regulatory Commission guidelines. The facility and operations were rated best-in-class and meet NRC guidelines. It is also available to customers needing IT facilities and special expertise in application and data management offered by EMNS.
- March 2010: Leading pet food corporation moves to manage quality tracking in their multi-tier, multi-company supply chain with GSQA. All companies with extended supply chains are threatened by contaminated or counterfeit materials entering at some point back from the first-tier suppliers where all the auditing is done. - January 2010: Largest nuclear fuel and fuel rod assembly provider has begun a GSQA implementation to manage quality and material validation across their multi-level supply chain. The unique and industry-leading project will provide real-time access to successively deeper tiers in their product fabrication supply chain with metal treatment, part fabrication, assembly creation testing at each level in support of a final customer-delivered report composed of each tier's material/spec/QC-tests for compliance and traceability. GSQA was selected for its capability to model complex supply chains for material validation with e-COA, its web-based non-conformance management, and supply-chain-member certification and regulatory compliance, all via a single SaaS solution.
- October 2009: Major mining company acquires GSQA mainly to automate outbound e-COA (certificates of analysis) to customers via fax, e-mail or for print. Optional access can be granted by the company to its customers for on-line access for e-COA review, trending analysis and printing. Today many quality-conscious companies are focused on delivering product test information via the COA to each customer for each shipment. The mining company is unique automating 30,000 outbound COAs annually, improving customer service and saving money deploying SaaS GSQA.
